Things That I Hate

Boys Who Don’t Put the Seat Down

I live with a seventeen year old brother. He doesn’t close the door to pee, put the seat down, flush, or wash his hands. It is absolutely disgusting!

  1. Three of those four things are disgusting, but the titular issue is not. Is it polite? Perhaps. But it shouldn’t be a big deal. People have this incredible ability to adapt based on the situation. Deal with the seat in whatever position it’s in and move it to whatever position you need it to be in.

  2. Hey, at least he puts the seat up before going.

  3. What I don’t understand is why females tend to expect the seat down when they don’t leave the seat up for the men. Anyhow, it is usually the neater of the pair who tends to suffer. Deal with it.

  4. Wow, a male who does gross things (according to females)? What has the world come to? For the record, I don’t quite remember what soap looks like. If you ever get married, you’ll have your whole life to train a man to not be gross according to your standards.
