“Like”

When I’m talking to my friend and trying to explain something to her, I keep saying “like”. I don’t mean to, it just comes out of my mouth. One time I kept saying it over and over, because I was really anxious for my friend to know what I was talking about, and I couldn’t stop saying it! I wanted to stop, but for some reason we use that word so much in our lives. It’s annoying, even when I don’t want to say it, I do.
