When People Won’t Let It Go

I’ve said I was sorry about ten times now. I’ve admitted I was out of order. I’ve explained my case. Why can’t you just let it go? Am I gonna have to live with this guilt for the rest of my life? I feel terrible and just want to put things right, but why won’t you let me? It irritates me so.
