Things That I Hate

Mourning

My grandma has been dead for almost three years now. Time is supposed to make you feel better, but why am I crying so hard I can barely breathe, and why do I keep hearing and seeing her? Why do I feel her playing with my hair? Why do I hear her telling me she’s always with me?

  1. Sometimes a traumatic memory can become hard wired into your brain and can be very difficult to get over. I highly recommend you seek professional help.
