Things That I Hate

“ ‘Wanna’ is not in the dictionary”

Why can’t it be? People use the word enough. It may be slang at the moment, but it should be an accepted word. “I want to go to Dublin today.” “I wanna go to Dublin today.” Seriously. What’s the difference?

  1. That is incredibly stupid.

  2. Because "wanna" is not a word, it's a spelling of a mispronunciation of "want to". Its only place, currently, is in a slang dictionary.
