Sleep Forgetfulness

I hate when I’m about to go to sleep and I think of something I want to do, but fall asleep and when I wake up I’ve forgotten it.


  1. Keep a notepad by your bed so you can write these things down. I've even woken up in the night with an idea in the past and written it down. (This is not always effective, and sometimes the idea is incomprehensible by morning.)
