Having a Peanut Allergy
I wouldn’t care that I can’t eat peanuts except that they’re in almost everything. Anything that comes in a box, can, or bag was probably processed in a factory that uses peanuts. I can’t eat any unlabeled desserts (and trust me, these are everywhere—at parties, at school events, behind the counter at coffee shops) because there’s a chance they were cooked with peanuts. I can’t eat fried food because it might be fried in peanut oil, and whenever I go out to eat, the waiters can never tell me for sure if what I want to order contains peanuts or not. Then I have to pick at my food and pray I don’t have a reaction. Why do peanuts have to be in everything?

I feel you, I’m allergic to tomatoes. No pizza, no ketchup, no spaghetti, or any kind of pasta for that matter.
