I was born with cat-like reflexes that I know are outstanding based on the reactions of my peers. But they came at a cost. My brain, from time to time, has a delay in processing language. I hear or read a sentence and it can take up to ten seconds for me to process it fully and understand its meaning. Not because of complexity, as I am quite intelligent (again, comparing to my peers), just because of an occasional neurological delay of some kind. My point is, you may be good at something that others fail at.
