It’s smart to keep the whole class for two people misbehaving. That way, peer pressure acts as a catalyst to get them to behave in class.
Well caite it is not like we can beat them up. Everyone is just pissed at them which they think is funny. In the army they just beat the people up. In school it doesn't work like that.
