Uninformed People Explaining Things

I really hate it when I ask a question trying to get some detailed explanation about a topic, and there is some guy who jumps into the conversation with an explanation that it is so high level it does nothing except show everyone else that he really knows nothing on the topic. Yet he stands there with a smug expression of intelligence because he’s so uninformed he doesn’t realize you already knew everything he just told you.
