Having the Flu

It sucks. Sure, it’s okay when I’m missing school for a few days, but when it runs into the holidays it’s so annoying. I have to lie in bed all day with a pounding headache, sore throat, bunged up nose, and I can’t hear very well because my ears are bunged up as well. It’s been keeping me up every night for a week and I’m lucky if I get two hours of sleep a night. I’m constantly coughing and I keep going from cold to hot. Why do we get ill? It’s stupid.
