People Who Wear Pajama Pants in Public

Sure, I can understand when someone is running a quick errand late at night and wearing pajama pants. But there is no reason for someone to wear pajama pants at 3 p.m. at the mall or at the movies, it is tacky, ugly, and probably very smelly (seeing as they probably slept in them the night before). Why are people that lazy that they wont put on a regular pair of pants?
