Things That I Hate

It’s just a way for people to bash other people, because they’re gay, atheist or don’t believe the same things. The world would be so much more advanced if every one was atheist. I mean, if “god” is so great, why is there poverty, war, dying children…? There is just to much wrong to think any religion is at all true!

  1. First of all, not every religious person is the same. You have no idea what you are you talking about. You’re going by your theory. I see nothing here that’s a fact.

Yes, there are some really mean religious people, but there are also really nice ones who do not bash gay people at all. You can not say anything about religion if you never been religious yourself.

Secondly, there’s a reason why there are different religions: ’cause everyone has different beliefs. I myself am a Christian and I do not bash gay people. I’m not rude, cruel, mean, hateful, and I do not bash other religions or beliefs.

You say “if ‘God’ is so great, why is there poverty, war, dying children…?” It’s just how life is, and we are the ones that came up with war, property, killing, etc.

I don’t care what people say or think, I’ll believe in God, no matter what.

By the way, people just die. Some of us are just never meant to live a very long life. People live and die. That is how we were designed. (Sad, right?) Bad things happen just because and it’s our fault ’cause we let it happen. No one is really trying to make the world a better place.

Like, for example, when there’s a problem in a relationship, it’s not going to work if one is trying and the other one isn’t.

“There are three types of people in this world: those who make things happen, those who watch things happen and those who wonder what happened.” That’s one of my favorite quotes.

  2. Religion is a way for people to relate to their world and the world in general. It provides a set a morals that others agree with and gives way to better community and communication. You can’t force your ideas on other people. The Puritans came to America to escape religious persecution. And yes, there is a lot wrong in the world, but that doesn’t mean there isn’t a God. You can’t prove that there is or isn’t one. Let people believe in whatever religion they want. It’s no big deal.

  3. It’s people like you that make atheists look so bad. An atheist who is intolerant of religion is just as bad the intolerant religious people. You both insist that you are right with complete disdain for any disagreement. The fact that life isn’t perfect proves nothing. Think about your attitude and you will realize that you are no different from the thing you hate.
