People Who Hit Return at the End of a Line

Every now and then, especially on forums or comment sections on sites, one runs into the odd phenomenon of a post with lines much shorter than those of the other posts. Apparently there are still people who are unaware that text will automatically wrap when they continue past the end of a line, and they hit return instead, creating a new line.

I can’t even comprehend how someone can be using a computer with reasonable proficiency but has never even tried typing just a few more characters past a line to see what happens. It’s not like the computer’s going to explode if you try something new…
