Stop With the Music—Let the World In!

I hate that there is music in every supermarket, department store, restaurant and gas station and that all the cars next to me at every stop sign or stop light are blaring their choice of music!

It is not the music I would choose. Why should I listen to others’ choice in music? I will not enter restaurants with music, and depart as quickly as possible, without purchases, from stores blaring music from the ceilings!

Is the music everywhere supposed to make you move faster? Buy more? It does just the opposite. In this economy, I would think that retailers would want you in their stores, purchasing liberally! Blasting music at one from every direction just curtails business, in my view. It sure doesn’t seem to be a problem for most people, but I absolutely hate it!
