When People Leave Lights On

My sister always leaves all the lights on in the house because she’s scared. She is almost 17. She will turn on the lights in the kitchen which is the farthest room from hers and then she’ll leave and go in her room and shut the door. I mean, how would you like it if someone turned you on and left?
