The song Whip My Hair

I like the lyrics and all, but I can’t stand the dance. Last night I was listening to it and started whipping my hair around. I did it for a long time and now my neck hurts terribly. I can’t look up or down without it hurting and I’m in so much pain. Never ever will I whip my hair again.
