Blatant Disrespect

I hate the blatant disrespect for each other that is rampant in all areas of society today. Whether it’s the soccer mom in her giant SUV cutting you off in traffic or the dillweed jabbering away on his cell phone in a cafe, the lack of respect for our fellow human being is appalling. Where did all of our manners go? Surely I can’t be the only one who was taught to treat other people with kindness and respect? I am not perfect, but I try to think about the people around me and how my actions might affect them. Do unto others and all that: it’s corny, but it works.
