Accidentally Liking People’s Statuses

I go on Facebook everyday on my iPod Touch, and I always end up liking people’s posts! I always just put my hand on the top of the screen. So then I unlike it really fast, and I don’t know if it still says I like it. I have “liked” relationship statuses that have gone bad, and annoying pictures. Help.
