Stupid Mistakes

I got perfect attendance this year. Not a single tardy, not a single absence. There were a few days I felt very bad but came to school anyway, reminding myself that I didn’t want to mess up my record. Then, at the awards ceremony, I didn’t get announced as one of the three people with perfect attendance. So, in retrospect, I could’ve missed on those days where I chose to go specifically because of that stupid reward.
