Overprotective Boyfriends

So my boyfriend plays on the same baseball team as my brother and whenever we go out to dinner after a game he gets jealous and accuses me of liking one of the other players when he knows that I obviously like him. Am I not allowed to carry on a conversation with other people? He won’t believe me and the stress from fighting with him gives me anxiety. I just wish he wasn’t so overprotective.
