I hate when you buy an app and it turns out to be terrible and you paid 5 bucks for it. It’s just awful.

Apps are just like anything else in life (food, clothes, video games): People spend time and effort making it so they should be paid for their time. If you’re dissatisfied with the product, then by all means, request a refund.
