People Who Send the Same Text Twice

Whenever I text my friend he always sends the same message twice if I don’t respond within 5 minutes. And if I don’t reply to that message, he sends a third. And if I don’t reply to that, he calls me! Either I’m busy or I I don’t want to talk to you!
