Pads That Come Out of Bathing Suit Tops

They always do. Whenever Iâ€™m trying to find a bathing suit to wear to the pool, all of my favorite ones are missing the pads in them! And if you find a pad, they are impossible to put back in. Why donâ€™t bathing suit companies just sew them in when they are being made?
