People Not Understanding Depression

I’m 13 and I have depression. One of the reasons why is my older sister. She treats me like garbage. When I’m sad, my family always says “stop being sad” or “stop being depressed”. Then they acted like I ruined their night because I’m sad. Like depression is a person’s choice!
