I do not appreciate you examining every pore of my skin. I do not feel comfortable when I can see every grain of your caked-on foundation and crackly gold eyeshadow, every bead of sweat, every mustache hair. There was a reason I took a step back, but no, you just stepped forward again. And again. Don’t make this conversation any more intimate than it has to be. You are so close I think I smell your lunch wafting up from the caverns below.
