Being Stood Up

I have this friend who constantly wants to hang out and yet when we make plans she cancels on me last minute or just doesn’t text or call all day. Why make the plans in the first place if you’re just going to stand me up? Do you know how embarrassing it is to get all dressed up and cute just to have to take it all off and feel disappointed?
