People Who Use Bad Metaphors

There are always people who use bad metaphors. Like when someone says, “when you say God doesn’t exist, it’s like saying that the sun doesn’t exist.” At first it makes no sense and you have to wonder what they were actually trying to say. They could very easily make better metaphors by putting a little thought into their writing. The pen is mightier than the sword, but poor writing is akin to a butter knife.
