Not Filled up to the Top

I hate it when I order a Frappucino at Starbucks and when my drink is called, I realize that it’s not filled to the top. It’s frickin’ half full. If I paid $4 for what’s already a small drink, the least you can do is fill it up all the way. Jeez.
