Customers Using Cell Phones

I hate it when a customer insists on continuing a phone conversation while a business transaction is occurring. It’s one thing when it’s a simple item scanning, but another when they need to provide you with information, like first and last name, and the product they desire. I don’t need you to hang up, just tell them to hold on a second and put the phone down from your ear for thirty seconds.
