Don't you get tired of going to websites and having to agree to the terms, conditions and policies of the site? Who even reads it? It takes ages to load. As soon as it comes up, I click agree. Waste of time.

By agreeing to a contract without reading it, you are putting yourself at risk of agreeing to terms you do not actually want to agree to, and you will as a result likely break those terms.
Yeah, but would you want to take 7 hours reading teeny tiny print that you might not be able to comprehend anyway, then realize you were out of free time? Hmm, Jonthan?
If you can't understand it, better to not agree to it and not use the service than to unintentionally agree to something. I'm in favor of simple English contracts and terms of service, and there are occasionally some services that make them short and easy-to-read.
