Late Paychecks

If an employee is twenty seconds late with something at work then they’re as worthless as can be, but if the company doesn’t have their paycheck ready when it’s supposed to be, there’s always some lame excuse. If you tell your employees that you’re going to have a set payday, then keep it. It shouldn’t be hard, but because the higher-ups don’t really care about us lowly, underpaid serfs, then we should just be happy that they feel fit to bless us with any money at all.
