The Letdown

Nearly every time I am promised an occasion that I would find enjoyable, it ends up not happening. All of my wants and needs are placed second, or third, et cetera. This happens to me several times a week. I had been waiting for a trip for weeks, and when the day finally rolled on around, my parents cancelled because my sister didn’t want her horse to miss her. Argh! Please consider me, just this once.
