They're just jokes. They aren't supposed to be offensive. Blondes tell them, too. I'm actually starting to think you are pretty dumb.
They're cheap, stupid jokes that are offensive, because they make the assumption that hair color determines intelligence. And while they're not considered by most people to be as offensive as other bigoted jokes about race and sexual orientation, partly because people haven't been actively persecuted for their hair color in recent years, they still make harmful stereotypes about a part of a person they had no choice in and which has no effect on their intelligence. Besides, most of the jokes can be rephrased to just be about stupid people, rather than blonde people, and remain funny.
