I just hate how everyone talks really mean about their mom! (I’m not applying this to people whose mothers are really mean to them.) Kids in my school always are like “Oh, my mom didn’t let me go to the movies with my boyfriend.†You are thirteen. You don’t need to go to the movies with your “boyfriendâ€! Or when they say, “My mom wouldn’t let me have any money, I hate her sooo much!†Do they not realize how much moms do? Cook, clean, and so much I’m not even going to list! Please, people, take time to appreciate your mothers. It’s worth it.
You are riding in a car with four other people, two people in the front, three in the back. You are the tallest one in the backseat and you have to sit in the middle because the two most selfish people force you to, even though you need a window seat. I get really bad headaches sitting in the middle and it’s not fair! Do you think that people will like you if you like to force people to do things they don’t want to do? Do you think that I want to sit there? I am too tall for that spot. You are shorter than me, so stop bossing me around and sit in the middle yourself!
I love this show, but it said one inappropriate thing and, of course, my dad came in right at that second. Now I’m forbidden from watching the show I like.
No one thinks they’re cool except for themselves. They think that their dyed, teased hair is “cool†when it really makes them look like escaped mental patients. I wish these kids would wash off their “edgy†makeup and hair dye and just enjoy life.
My boyfriend is always commenting on my appearance, saying that I should do this with my hair and that with my makeup, or he points out something about my body he wishes were different, but he’s supposed to love me how I am. It’s my body, and I’ll do what I want with it, not what he tells me to.
It’s a beautiful day, and there’s absolutely nothing to do! My friends are all unavailable, my parents won’t take me anywhere, and I’m bored. And when I say so, my parents say “well, you can clean your roomâ€, or “I’m sure there’s something you can do.†There isn’t.
I hate it when I search Google for something and the results are filled with things like, “you won a new laptop†or “you’re our millionth customer, please click for your free prize!†They get in my way and scam people out of their money.
While I was doing a couple loads of laundry, my brother, who is two years older than me, was propped up on the couch, doing nothing. I do a ton of work, but no one believes me. My dad came home and told me to unload his lunch box. I told him that I was tired, but he only mocked me and said, “What have you done today, besides nothing?†It gets me mad, because I do so many things and no one knows it. I’m taken for granted.
