I know it’s not good to lie, especially to your parents, but when you decide to support your sibling by playing along with their story and lie, just so your sibling can say “I’m gonna tell them the truth, dude†after you lied for them, it’s embarrassing! And it puts you in a bad light. You’re the one who got in trouble, and I’ve agreed to support you, and now there’s the possibility of me getting in trouble for supporting you!? You got in trouble. If you were gonna come in with the truth, you should’ve thought about that before I lied for you.
My sister is always causing drama. If I pet my dog, she will say “leave him alone†and then she will go pet him. She tells me to shut up and calls me a ho, and I woke up to her doing it with her boyfriend with door open. I was about to throw up. I think she’s jealous of me or something, because she will stare at me and then look away sometimes.
I’m too young to do anything fun, like go to a concert without adult supervision, or get a nose piercing. But I’m too old to get an allowance, forget my homework, or watch Finding Nemo (honestly, who doesn’t like Finding Nemo?). Those fun times you had in Middle School? They don’t exist. Then I have all these responsibilities, like doing dishes, packing my lunch, doing laundry. Basic stuff, and it isn’t too hard—but the reason? “You’re getting older, sweetie.†So I’m old enough to work but not old enough to have fun? That’s just great.
I was going to go shopping with my friends today and my mom was going to drive us, then suddenly this girl I really don’t like texted me and asked what time she’s getting picked up. I never invited her! Turns out my friends brought it up around to her and she just decided to come! And now I have to put up with her and pretend to like her so I don’t seem mean. And what’s worse is none if my friends even like her that much!
They are so mean! They think they are better just because they have bigger boobs and wear a whole bunch of makeup. And then they walk around in skimpy little clothes and swear like sailors! I just hate them so much! They always make fun of girls who are naturally pretty and all the “unpopular†girls. One time I was in gym and I was wearing yoga pants that made my butt look cute, so a girl comes up behind me and starts poking my butt with a tennis racket. I just hate you so much. Go get a life instead of being a big ass!
When it’s really humid and hot out, people start to feel sick and need to turn the air conditioner on. But at my school, the only air conditioning is in the library and the computer lab. So for the rest of the year from May – June, we have to sweat like crazy and feel horrible struggling to make paper fans. And when there are fans at school, the nice teacher points it towards us, but there are always those few obnoxious people who just stand there with their face pressed against it instead of working. In the process, the class doesnt get any air blowing towards them and we all feel sick. Then, there are the teachers who have fans, but they are facing towards them. I know air conditioners are expensive to run but it’s nasty sitting in 85 degree rooms for six hours.
Yes, autotune is fun to play with on your iPhone, but it doesnt make sense that people sing songs, add autotune, and get paid for that. Some brainless people say, “Oh they’re so talented!†but they really aren’t if they have to sound like a robot to sound good. Sure maybe the new technology sounds cool and catchy, but when you get down to it, anyone can sound like that with an autotuning app and a beat.
I’ve been in high school for a week, and I liked middle school so much better. I really miss my old teachers. I know high school is dufferent and they need to be tough, but I hate how this year my teachers are so boring, and not fun. Also, my classes are so much longer, and boring, and I have so much more homework and tests. I wish I could stay in middle school forever.
