It really bugs me how some people think that they need to act or look like something they are not! Anyone who doesnt love you for yourself honestly isnt even worth the time of your day! And girls, honestly, there is no need for all of the makeup and the provacative clothing! Do you not have any respect for yourself whatsoever? I guess what I am getting at is, just be yourself and forget about anyone that doesn’t like you that way!
I hate people who think they are photographers because they got a camera! News flash: NO! You work hard to be a photographer. You get paid to be a photographer. Taking a picture of the sunset doesn’t make you a photographer! Also, people who think they are models because they got their picture taken! WOOPEE-FREAKIN’-DO!
They’re fun, yes. But it feels like everytime I go to one there’s drama, hooking up, and girls acting sluttier than usual.
Dont get me wrong, I love animals, don’t eat meat and don’t use any animal products. But PETA is just ridiculous. Has anyone seen the video of Pamela Anderson beating up the woman with the fur coat? Organizations like PETA make animal lovers look bad. ASPCA and Leaping Bunny are way better.
I hate when things happen at an inconvenient time. For example, sickness. Of course, sickness is never really convenient but it’s annoying how during a boring part of school that you would pay to miss, you feel great, but when you have your friend’s party at an amusement park, or an awesome camp, you have a fever and have to miss out. Also, if you put a new movie on hold from the library, but there’s a huge waiting list, and all your friends (who have seen it) keep talking about how amazing it is, so you just give up and buy it, then that night, right after spending $25 on it, you find out it is now ready for pickup from the library… Isn’t that just so frustrating?
I can’t believe this! I live in Alabama, and all my friends in Virginia go back to school in late September. I go back on August 11th. Way too early.
Okay, so you’re watching your favorite show, the biggest part is coming on, then all of a sudden, BOOM! Commercial. Honestly, I don’t see the point of commercials. I know they are for advertising and making more money, but seeing your dumb commercial doesn’t wanna make me buy your product, it makes me want to turn off the TV.
I really hate it when family members lie to you. I mean, they’re your family. Why do they have to lie to you? I just don’t get it.
I’m so confused right now, I liked this guy but he said he didn’t like me that way in front of the whole class. So I started liking someone else and what does he do? He gets extremely jealous whenever I try and sit near the guy. If he doesn’t like me, then why is he jealous? It’s confusing and extremely annoying!
I agree that children should listen to adults and not ignore them, but talking back is fine! My mom has always been fine and responded with witty (but not mean) replies to things I said. Therefore, I thought it was okay. But when my mom has a conversation with another adult and I’m standing there the adult sometimes starts talking to me. I’ll say something generally regarded as talking back, not resisting though, just interjecting what I see as a good point about their statement. It’s like an atomic bomb has been dropped. They do all they can to shoot me down, scold me and generally make that the worst moment of my life. I get it, when you were younger it was customary that kids remain silent and ignored, but now, kids can be really quite intelligent, and we’re still expected to act like idiots. I go to school where the teachers support student–teacher conversations, many about complex subjects like the theory of relativity in relation to the U.S. economic history (we’re in 7th grade, who says we can’t be intelligent?) and we call them all by their first names. They’ve taught us to talk to adults in a polite way but to still get our point across. Adults sometimes regard this as talking back. Again, nuclear war is started. New age, people!
