When People Say Bad Stuff About Themselves
Like “I’m never going to go to college because I’m dumb†or “I’m not going to have a boyfriend because I’m ugly.†Oh shush, stop talking down about yourself.
My Voice
My voice is so nasal and stuffy. I talk so fast, all you hear is bla bla bla. It’s so annoying! People say it’s not that bad, but it really is.
My House
Every bad thing that happens in this house is my fault. Sorry.
Grades
Is it only me that realizes grades aren’t truly based on how smart you are? It’s mostly on how much work you turn in or how much you’re respectful to the teacher. I’m really not that smart, but I get As. I have good grades and I’m in Honors. I’m not smart, though. I turn in my work and listen to the teacher and get good grades. I wish there was a way to tell if you are really smart or not. I don’t think grades are the way to find out.
When a Guy Can’t Take a Hint
He’s so nice, but I just don’t like him. I try to tell him that I don’t like him and he’s just a friend but no! he wants more. He just doesn’t get it! I hate to be cliché, but he’s not my type. He doesn’t listen at all! And listening is very important to me. Every time I try to get a few words in, he interrupts me. Anyway, he has no sense of humor. Take a hint! I don’t like you that way.
Being a Vegetarian
All my friends eat meat except me. Personally I think it tastes weird. When I go to a friend’s house they are eating meat and some people make fun of me for not. Everyone who makes fun of vegetarians: you need to get a life!
No One To Talk To Or Text
I just wanna talk to or text someone but everyone is either busy, sleeping, or ignoring me. Now I’m really bored. I know that this all sounds lame being upset not to talk to someone digitally, but I don’t have a lot of friends and they are all at weird summer programs. I hate it mainly because there is nothing to do but sleep and hope they’ll answer you by the morning.
When People Take Life For Granted
You were the fastest sperm cell and you don’t even remember. You are the one who was chosen out of all of them. You are dead longer then you’re alive. Live life safely and happily and stop complaining. Live is short. Just live! I hate it when people take life for granted because it’s a serious thing that can’t be undone. Nothing can be changed when your life is gone. Every day, we see old people who are on the verge of dying, and it’s sad because they know it. They are trying to accept death, but dying scares them to pieces. Live life and do what you can do when you’re young, before you become too weak to do anything at all. Life is beautiful!
People Who Think I’m Stupid
My neighbor was talking to me about some boy she was texting. I personally thought it was stupid because this guy always texts and says nice things to every single girl in the grade, and I was giving my opinion. She told me that I’m stupid and that I don’t get it because I don’t really care as much as her about boys. Then she told another girl right in front of me about it all. When I asked her about it, she told the other girl “oh, she doesn’t understand it, so I don’t tell her.†Guess what? Maybe I’m not obsessed over boys but I’m not 2. I’m a teenager, and can understand things. Stop making me feel so dumb!
People Who Wake Me Up for Stupid Stuff
I’m sleeping and having a really good dream, then you wake me up and ask if I’m hungry or if I can find the remote. First of all, if I was hungry, I would get up and make myself something to eat and, second, the remote thing: it’s 6 a.m. and if you want the remote, I’m not the one who wants to watch TV, you are, so you find it.
